Our Clinton Township team includes licensed estheticians, a nurse practitioner, and an aesthetic nurse — each bringing years of advanced training and a personalized approach to every client. Individual results may vary, and a consultation is recommended to determine the right treatment plan for your goals.
Our Medical Providers
David Hickling, DO — Medical Director Dr. Hickling serves as Medical Director at Treuvis Med Spa, overseeing all injectable and aesthetic medical treatments. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed a residency in Family Medicine, and went on to complete a fellowship in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Dr. Hickling's medical oversight ensures every treatment plan at Treuvis is grounded in safety, precision, and clinical expertise.
Debbie Dymtro, NP Debbie is a Nurse Practitioner who has practiced in the aesthetic industry for the past five years, alongside her ongoing practice in cardiothoracic surgery. She is certified with hands-on training in facial esthetics, dermal fillers, and neuromodulators (Botox), as well as PRP and PRF injections for under-eye rejuvenation, hair restoration, and microneedling. Debbie's medical background brings an added layer of safety and precision to every treatment plan. Outside the spa, she's a lifelong equestrian with experience in show jumping, three-day eventing, dressage, and fox hunting.
Ashwaq, RN Ashwaq is an aesthetic nurse with more than six years of acute care nursing experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington Bothell. She specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, regenerative treatments, microneedling, and chemical peels. Known for her gentle approach and close attention to detail, Ashwaq is dedicated to patient comfort, education, and trust throughout every step of the treatment process. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance — not change — who you are, helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Outside of the spa, Ashwaq enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.
Our Licensed Estheticians
Teresa Cipriano, Licensed Esthetician Teresa is a graduate of Elevate Salon Institute and is certified in all laser modalities and RF microneedling through the National Laser Institute (2025). She holds Hydrafacial and Glo2Facial certifications and has completed 600 additional hours of medical spa training, with advanced proficiency in full-body waxing, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, RF microneedling, VI Peel, lash lifts, and brow lamination. Teresa is also proficient in Epionce skincare and is dedicated to precise, tailored treatments for every client.
Victoria Esparza, Licensed Esthetician Victoria specializes in facials, brow services, and waxing, with certifications in RF microneedling, SkinPen, Hydrafacial MD, full-body laser, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, VI Peel, lash lifts and tints, and brow lamination. She is also proficient in Epionce skincare. Victoria is committed to client education, making sure every client understands their treatment and what to expect.
Emma Hilstead, Licensed Esthetician Emma performs advanced aesthetic treatments and facials, with certifications in RF microneedling, SkinPen microneedling, Hydrafacial, Geneo/Glo2Facial, oxygen facials, Ultraform body sculpting, skin tightening, and cavitation. She is also trained in full-body laser and IPL treatments, as well as VI Peels. Emma believes skincare is a lifelong practice and helps clients make clear, informed choices for their anti-aging skincare goals.
Olivia Telegradas, Licensed Esthetician Olivia has extensive knowledge in advanced treatments and medical-grade equipment, with particular expertise in full-body waxing for both women and men. She also performs facials, laser hair removal, RF microneedling and SkinPen, VI Peels, and body sculpting and skin tightening treatments. Olivia's strong skincare analysis skills help clients identify the right treatment path for their goals.
Lilia Thomas, Licensed Esthetician Lilia has been a licensed esthetician since 2006, with deep experience in spa facials, VI Peels, chemical peels, advanced skincare treatments, and full-body waxing. She is certified in full-body laser hair removal and IPL. With extensive knowledge in skincare analysis, Lilia is committed to making sure every client understands proper aftercare and long-term maintenance for lasting results.
