Dr. David Hickling, DO -Medical Director
Medical Director Dr. Hickling serves as Medical Director at Treuvis Med Spa, overseeing all injectable and aesthetic medical treatments. He earned his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, completed a residency in Family Medicine, and went on to complete a fellowship in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Dr. Hickling's medical oversight ensures every treatment plan at Treuvis is grounded in safety, precision, and clinical expertise when offering neuromodulator treatments (Botox, Daxxify, Dysport), dermal fillers, PRP, and other advanced injectable and medical aesthetic services.
Debbie Dymtro, NP — Nurse Practitioner
Debbie is a Nurse Practitioner who has practiced in the aesthetic industry for the past five years, alongside her ongoing practice in cardiothoracic surgery. She is certified with hands-on training in facial esthetics, dermal fillers, and neuromodulators (Botox), as well as PRP and PRF injections for under-eye rejuvenation, hair restoration, and microneedling. Debbie's medical background brings an added layer of safety and precision to every treatment plan. Outside the spa, she's a lifelong equestrian with experience in show jumping, three-day eventing, dressage, and fox hunting.
Ashwaq, RN — Aesthetic Nurse
Ashwaq is an aesthetic nurse with more than six years of acute care nursing experience and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington Bothell. She specializes in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, regenerative treatments, microneedling, and chemical peels. Known for her gentle approach and close attention to detail, Ashwaq is dedicated to patient comfort, education, and trust throughout every step of the treatment process. She believes aesthetic treatments should enhance — not change — who you are, helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Outside of the spa, Ashwaq enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures.

Hi I'm Teresa, a licensed esthetician since 2024 and a Certified Laser Technician, I completed my laser training at the National Laser Institute. I specialize in laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, Glo2Facials, and full body waxing. I love creating personalized treatment plans that align with your unique goals, setting realistic expectations, and celebrating every step of your skincare journey.
Outside of the treatment room, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, trying new coffee shops, reading a good book, or hanging out with my dog, Oscar. I'm excited to help you achieve the healthy, glowing skin that you have always wanted.
