Cancellation & No-Show Policy & Check in 1st time visit
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a $100 charge.
1st visit with Treuvis Arrive 15 minute prior to your appointment time to file out Patient/Client Consent forms
We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible, contact the spa directly at 586-343-1644, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made at management’s discretion.
Deposits
A deposit is required for all Cosmetic Injectable and fillers, Microneedling, Spa facials, treatments and Laser appointments to secure your booking. Credit Card will be asked at time of booking appointment and stored in Treuvis secure client booking system.
Refund Policy
All service sales are final and non-refundable.
Skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gratuity
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and can be added via cash or Venmo.
